About the Recipe
I find myself avoiding store bought dressings because of the wide array of chemicals they use to increase their shelf life. I love how easy and tasty this recipe is. You will not want anything but this after you have tried it!!
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup (80 ml) Honey
1-2 Teaspoons Sriracha Sauce
1-2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 Small Clove Garlic, peeled
1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger Root
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place Vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger root and pepper in mixer or blender. (If you are not using a Vitamix then you will need to cut up your garlic before this step.).
Step 2
Mix until all ingredients are combined or emulsified. This may take up to 20 seconds.
Step 3
Pour into dressing container to serve
Step 4
Enjoy on your favorite salad or add to grilled chicken.
